A Youth Leadership & Empowerment Program for 6th - 8th Graders

​

At One Team One Dream of the Capital District, we believe that every young person has a voice that deserves to be heard. VOYCE is a dynamic leadership and empowerment program designed for youth in grades 4 through 7. Through interactive workshops, creative expression, and community engagement, VOYCE helps young leaders explore their identity, build confidence, and discover the power of using their voice for positive change.

Over the course of 8–10 weeks, participants will engage in hands-on activities that foster self-awareness, courage, teamwork, and leadership skills. From storytelling and public speaking to problem-solving and community-building, VOYCE creates a safe, supportive space where youth are encouraged to step up, speak out, and lead with excellence.

Whether through group challenges, mentorship, or youth-led projects, VOYCE equips participants with the tools they need to lead in their schools, homes, and neighborhoods — not someday, but right now.
